Further to the announcements made on 17 December 2021, 30 August 2022, 29 November 2022, 28 February 2023 and 26 May 2023 pertaining to the MOU entered into with Selgate (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of the Directors of Optimax wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the said MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly.
