Further to the announcements made on 30 May 2022, 30 August 2022 and 29 November 2022 pertaining to the MOU entered into between Optimax with Sena and Kesh (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of the Directors of Optimax wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the said MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly.
