We refer to the announcements dated 26 May 2022, 26 July 2022, 22 September 2022 and 7 October 2022 in relation to the Transfer (“Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
