We refer to the announcements made on 30 April 2021, 25 June 2021, 30 June 2021, 18 August 2021, 8 November and 24 November 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the necessary confirmations pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements have been submitted to Bursa Securities today for the implementation of the ESOS. Accordingly, the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 2 December 2021.
