The Board of Directors of Optimax wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
